Patricia Randolph, Ph.D., CCC-A, FAAA Owner

Patricia Randolph - Audiologist and Owner of Community Audiology Services

Dr. Patricia Randolph, Chief Audiologist at Silver Spring ENT, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, her M.S. from Temple University, and founded Community Audiology Services, LLC in 2008. She is licensed and board certified in audiology and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Over the last 25 years, Dr. Randolph has taught graduate level courses in audiology at Howard University, Gallaudet University, the University of Maryland, and the University of the District of Columbia. She has also served as Director of Audiology in the Division of Otolaryngology at Howard University Hospital. In addition to teaching, Dr. Randolph has been involved in clinical research, providing audiology and rehabilitative services to hearing-impaired children and adults, and dispensing technologically-advanced hearing aids. Dr. Randolph is a valued community resource who connects individually with patients. She recognizes each patient’s unique needs and encourages well-informed hearing healthcare decisions. Upon request, she lectures and presents to community groups on audiology topics. Dr. Randolph is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and The Links, Inc.

Ernest M. Myers, MD, FACS Otolaryngologist

Ernest M. Myers, MD, FACS, Otolaryngologist

Dr. Ernest M. Myers has over 35 years of experience as a surgeon, otolaryngologist, andprofessor who provides a full range of ear, nose, throat, and cosmetic rejuvenation services at Silver Spring ENT in Silver Spring, MD.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Myers completed his residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society, the Washington Academy of Surgeons, the Society of Facial Plastic Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

At Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, Dr. Myers has served as Chief of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery since 1979. He is Professor of Surgery, an instructor in Biomedical Ethics at the College of Medicine, and enjoys mentoring resident physicians at the hospital.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Myers has been consistently recognized for excellence. He is recipient of the Distinguished Surgeon’s Award by the Department of Surgery in the College of Medicine at Howard University Hospital, named by the Washingtonian magazine as one of the area’s Top Doctors and in 2001, not only did he receive Black Enterprise magazine’s award for being one of America’s Leading Physicians but the National Medical Association awarded him the Hinton-Gladney Life Time Achievement Award that same year.

Beyond his achievements, Dr. Myers is known by his patients and staff as being a compassionate, patient, and trusted physician whose care exceeds standards and expectations.
